So our little family is still whole. Jack is still happy and hungry, VooDoo was neutered on Wednesday and today tore a toe nail off his right foot, so maybe not as whole as the rest of us, but still ok. Focus hurt his toe last weekend at a trial, but seems sound now and ran like a banshee in class last night. Hemi is a bit thick around the middle, but managed to keep all but one of the bars up in class.
Let me again thank my friend Jennifer (aka Dr B), who came in on Christmas Eve to fix Voodoo.
I will visit my mom tomorrow, she will tell me that I don't love her and that my husband beats me. It's easy to miss my dad, he died of lung cancer in 2002, but my mom is still here, at least physically. It's hard sometimes to believe in a kind universe that includes Alzheimers.
