How high are YOUR cortisol levels?
There is not much comfort zone running 3 dogs, one of which has been injured for a year and is over the top to DO SOMETHING NOW!, one making her debut, and one with total experience of one day of trialing 2 months ago.
Amazingly, on the balance it was awesome!
