It's always interesting to be buddhist during Christmas. It's sort of a love/hate kind a thing. On one hand, it is part of my heritage growing up with those traditions - some of my best memories are on Christmas mornings with my family. I am listening to christmas carols as I type this.
On the other hand, it represents some of the most blatant marketing events in western civilisation for acquiring more "things" . If you love them you must buy them the right things so they will know it. I am not trying to disrespect Christianity, the reason behind the season is good and powerful but not always so visible at Walmart.
Harley may be contemplating buddhism too, he alarm barks at every manger and santa scene in our neighborhood.
LOL - Harley says something is not quite right here in the hood!
