I have a happy chore to do today. I get to go around my neighborhood, annoying people by suddenly pulling off to the side of the road at busy intersections, to remove all the lost dog posters that were put up yesterday!
What a difference a day makes. Clark is asleep next to me - all I need to do is reach out to pet his head or tickle his stomach. Yesterday at this time, I thought that would never happen again. I am so grateful.
And all the people who reached out to help us - dog people are different and definately superior to the average population when it comes to empathy and action.
